Do you want to be a driving force for change? Are you ready to shake things up and become part of a global movement - all from the seat of your bicycle?
Spaces are open now on our 2008 cycle tours!
Deep South Tour: Southwest England, May 25 - July 7
Wild West Tour: West Midlands, Wales and Ireland, Aug 2- Sept 12
If you want to actually do something that matters this summer, then come ride with us. Hop on your bike and become part of something big - roam around in a two-wheeled community, explore the UK, meet some good mates and make a real difference in the world. And hey, while you're at it, you'll also gain skills since tour members get trained in public speaking, facilitation, theatre, bike touring, bike maintenance, group living, media relations, consensus decision-making, and sustainable living. You've gotta admit, it feels pretty damn good to know that you're standing up, moving foward and taking charge of your own destiny. If you're 18-25 years old and you fancy taking part, then take a peek at these files to find out more:
Cycle Tour Info Pack (this one's a PDF)
Bursary Application (if you have financial considerations that might make it difficult for you to fundraise for your tour costs)
Over the next few months, we'll be posting detailed routes, accepting tour member applications and confirming tour dates and presentations. If you want to stay updated, sign up to our monthly e-newsletter or email us at cycletour@otesha.org.uk.
