One of our favourite things to do here at Otesha is help young people find their way into world-changing careers. That’s why we launched our Green Jobs programme back in the oh-so-distant days of 2013, which trains up 16 -30 year olds, not in education, training or employment from London and beyond, and supports them into a green jobs.
We know that there are tons and tons of people out there right now who need a leg up into decent work, and we think we have just the course for you. 2013 and 14 was pretty successful, with our participants now doing paid horticultural apprenticeships, bike-based work and volunteering, progressing to more advanced horticultural training or entering other full-time education.
