Our approach
Our creative, fun approach engages a wide range of audiences, including those who have never thought about how their own personal actions, like buying Fairtrade or cycling to school, can have a positive impact both their own lives, their communities and the wider world.
About our facilitators
Otesha cycle tour members, Change Project facilitators and other alumni are all inspiring examples of ‘being the change they wish to see in the world’. When they show up in a classroom or youth club, they’re bringing not only loads of energy and enthusiasm, but a great personal commitment to sustainable living. Many are also forging innovative careers doing work they believe in. For some, this means starting up their own projects or social businesses, while for others it means combining paid and voluntary work in the growing green jobs and charity sectors. All of our facilitators have enhanced CRB checks and have been trained in Child Protection.
